These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites, client area, and services operated by Domain & Host (“we”, “us”, or “our”), an Egypt-focused domain registration and hosting provider. 1. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate registration details and keep them updated. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter a binding contract. We may refuse, suspend, or close accounts that provide false information, pose a security risk, or violate these Terms.
2. Services
We provide domain registration and related DNS services, shared hosting, VPS and dedicated hosting, business email, SSL certificates, and related professional services as described on our website at the time of order. Features, resource limits, and third-party dependencies may change with notice where reasonably practicable. Service descriptions on product pages form part of your order; promotional language does not create warranties beyond what is stated in writing.
3. Orders, payments, and billing
Orders become binding when we confirm them and payment is successfully received (or when we agree in writing to another billing arrangement). Prices are shown before checkout and may exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the selected method for the initial term and for renewals you enable. Failed payments may lead to delayed provisioning, suspension, or cancellation.
4. Renewals
Most services renew for successive terms of the same length unless you disable auto-renewal or cancel before the renewal date in the client area. Domain renewals are time-sensitive; failure to renew before expiry can result in loss of the domain. It is your responsibility to monitor expiry dates and ensure payment methods remain valid. Renewal prices may differ from introductory or promotional rates.
5. Suspensions and termination
We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, policy violations (including our Acceptable Use Policy), legal or security requirements, or material breach of these Terms. Where reasonably possible we will notify you and allow remediation, except where immediate action is needed to protect systems, other customers, or comply with law. Upon termination, we may delete hosted data after a short retention window unless law or a written agreement requires otherwise. Domain name ownership follows registrar and registry rules and is separate from hosting account status.
6. Customer responsibilities
You must use services lawfully, maintain secure software and credentials, keep backups of important data, and ensure that content and domains you control do not infringe third-party rights. You remain responsible for compliance with Egyptian law and any other laws that apply to your content or audience.
7. Intellectual property
Our websites, branding, software interfaces, and documentation remain our property or that of our licensors. You retain rights to your own content. You grant us a limited license to host, transmit, and back up that content solely to provide the services.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Domain & Host is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to a service order is limited to the fees you paid us for that service during the three (3) months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under Egyptian law.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on our website. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes will be subject to the competent courts in Egypt, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
