This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets rules for using Domain & Host networks, servers, domains pointed to our services, email, and related systems. Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund. Report abuse to [email protected].
1. Illegal and harmful content
You may not store, publish, transmit, or link to material that is illegal under Egyptian law or applicable international rules, including but not limited to child sexual exploitation material, content that incites violence or terrorism, fraud schemes, malware distribution, unauthorized access tools used for attacks, or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights. We may remove or disable access to reported material and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
2. Spam and messaging abuse
Unsolicited bulk email (spam), purchased mailing lists without consent, phishing, spoofing, open relays, and deceptive headers are prohibited. Transactional and legitimate marketing email is allowed only with proper consent, unsubscribe mechanisms, and compliance with applicable anti-spam rules. Repeated spam complaints may lead to immediate mail or account suspension.
3. Network and security abuse
You may not conduct or facilitate denial-of-service attacks, port scanning of third parties without authorization, cryptocurrency mining that degrades shared infrastructure (unless on a plan that expressly allows it), brute-force attacks, hosting of botnet controllers, or any activity that threatens the security or stability of our platforms or other customers. Compromised accounts must be secured promptly after notice.
4. Resource misuse
Shared hosting customers must stay within published resource limits and must not run processes that unfairly degrade neighbors’ performance. Reselling shared plans without an authorized reseller agreement is not allowed. Adult content is permitted only where lawful and not prohibited by specific product terms; illegal adult material is never allowed.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected AUP breaches, request remediation, throttle or suspend services, and retain logs needed for security and legal compliance. Severe or repeated violations may result in permanent termination and reporting to relevant parties where required by law.
